Terms of Free Gift

1. The gift is payable to all classes of customer for example whether personal or Charity.

2. To be eligible you must be a new customer to Kingdom Bank.

3. People who are signatories to another account are eligible if the new account is the first in their personal name.

4. Only one gift is payable per person regardless of the number of accounts.

5. Only one gift is payable per account regardless of the number of persons.

6. The account must be opened with a minimum balance of £100 to receive the gift.

7. The gift is only payable once all account opening formalities have been satisfactorily completed.

8. This offer does not apply when the account is introduced by an authorised introducer.

9. Members of staff and their immediate family are not eligible for this offer.

10. The closing date for receipt of Applications for new accounts to receive this promotion will be 30th June 2008 or such date before or after this that the Bank decides.

11. This is a limited offer and Kingdom Bank reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice at any time.
