Personal Service

We have a small team of trained and committed staff located at our central office. All members of our staff are trained to deal with customer enquiries and due to our size you are likely to be able to speak to the same person each time you call.

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and you can reach us on 0115 921 7250.

Personal callers are welcome at the office however due to the small team and variable working patterns it is advisable to telephone and make an appointment particularly if you wish to see a specific member of the team.
